Spring 2011

During this dancing season we have learned many dances but this is a kind of a summary, many dances are put together in a little show. As spring is a great time for different events, this show is presented now and then, and gets more and more good references.

Dancing in Ogre, 2010, December

It's been a while since our choreographer Edgars M. left our group to improve his own dance skills in other country, and because of that another choreographer who's name is Linda Ķ. took over the groups previously trained by Edgars. Although I also left this group temporarily because of studies in other country, I am glad to see what my group mates have learned there, in Valmiera (and in other towns). You can see here what they have to show you. Thanks to Linda for her strength and ,of course, interesting choreography. (This video is from December, 2010).

This video is very old and from the prom of Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences.
We're not very well prepared, and this video is made with phone-camera. But not so bad afterall though. As usual: enjoyed being together...

Show_in_Valmiera

The very first time we heard about chance to take part in show here in Valmiera, we were so excited, we wanted to take part in it so badly, that we were ready to dance, even though we hadn't any appropriate dance. But this year it was different.. many of us get scared.. maybe some was not so confident anymore... however, we decided to take part in this Show ..
and guess what? We even got a chance to take part in the next level.
Emotions did run very deep in that day..
Who says that we have to dance perfectly to take part in competitions like these?What we want to say is that we did this for fun... And we will do this again and again..Maybe next year we will also dance much, much better...
So take a glance at this .. This dance is just one of the dances we put in our show.
